- BREAKING NEWS: SHOOTING AT COLUMBINE HIGH SCHOOL
- On what I thought was a normal guys night at the bar, but the man on the TV in front of me said something different. A school in Colorado experienced a tragic shooting that changed the way schools were run forever.”
- “Airplanes were hijacked and flew into the World Trade Center (New York City) and the Pentagon (Washington D.C) where about 3,000 Americans were killed, according to Khan Academy”
- “After I was promoted to the CEO position of Bubba Gump shrimp by my dad, I moved to New York City. Life was pretty great until September 11, 2001, when I witnessed the fall of the World Trade Center”

- “And this is what eventually created the Department of Homeland Security after: to help protect the United States from future attacks.”

- “The purpose for the 9/11 attack is complicated, but has ties from the Cold War. It ties back to US involvement in Afghanistan in the 1980s after the Soviet invasion. The US supported anti-soviets (mujahideen) and provided them with the necessary weapons. When the Soviets left Afghanistan, the US was left. (led by Osama bin Laden).

- “But Lieutanet Dan was pretty beat up after the Vietnam War and Hurricane Katrina, and don’t forget…he was 78 years old” “Thanks to Obamacare, he was able to get healthcare for an affordable price, and he was doing alright after that”
- “Most people don’t know the purpose of Obama care. President Obama wanted to keep insurance affordable for all, including the poor, and slow down the rate at which the prices were rising.”
