Cardinal Humbert rebuked the Patriarch and then the Patriarch removed the Pope's name from all the liturgies.(N.B. Nun outfit from now on is Patriarch because it is the closest thing that looks like the Ecumenical Patriarch's attire.)

Patriarch Cerularius did the same eight days later, therefore separating the Church in the West from the Church of the East, continuing to this day.
