I sat there. I didn’t hear what the doctors said after that. With no thoughts in my head. It's like the whole world is collapsing. Everything around me stopped. I had no other thoughts in my head but one thing.
Inciting Incident
The main character is going to a new school this year. She's already made new friends and today her dad was picking her up from school. Like any other parent normally does.
Inciting Incident
But that afternoon he had a couple of drinks. He was saying something as she got into the car it was muffled and scratchy. She could smell the alcohol from her breath and she knew that he was very busy and under a lot of stress.
Rising Action
The dad crashes the car into a light pole and both of them blackout.
Then smoke started to come from the car. She looked over at her dad and he was covered in blood. She took her phone out of my pocket and called the police. This is what the start of the story was.
911 whats your emergency?
We... we got into a car crash and I... I think he's dead.... and.... and... dad he's bleeding a.... a lot
When the doctors got there, they were driven to the hospital.
