Storyboard Text
- In the middle of Percy's Capture the Flag game, he finds out that he's the son of Poseiden when he gets into a fight with the daughter of Ares and attacks her with water. After the game, someone informs Percy that the Thunderbolt of Zeus, the god of the sky, had been stolen.
- No way!!!
- Awesome!
- Amazing!
- Percy and his friends Annabeth and Grover travel across the U.S. to get to Los Angeles which is the entrance to the underworld. Annabeth is the daughter of Athena and Grover is a satyr, half-man and a half-goat. Percy and his friends suspect that Hades, the god of the underworld, stole Zeus's thunderbolt. Percy encounters Ares, the god of war, and Ares gives Percy and his friends a backpack full of supplies.
- Percy and his friends reach the underworld and find out that Hades doesn't have Zeus' Thunderbolt. Hades accuses Percy of stealing his Helmet of Darkness and commanded Percy to give it back before he smashes him, but Percy didn't have it. Percy felt something heavy in his supply backpack and turns out it was Zeus' Thunderbolt. Ares had put it in the backpack. Hades tries to make Percy give the Thunderbolt to him and fails.
- Percy and his friends escape the Underworld and find Ares at a beach. Ares confesses that he had the Helmet of Darkness. They both fight and Percy wounds Ares. Ares leaves, leaving the Helmet of Darkness.
- Percy and his friends quickly go to Mount Olympus to get the Thunderbolt back to Zeus. Percy returns the Thunderbolt back to Zeus and stops the upcoming war.
- Woah they're huge!!

- I'm proud of you Percy.
- Percy returns to camp as a hero. But in the woods, he finds the son of Hermes, Luke. Luke admits that he was the one who stole the Thunderbolt and the Helmet of Darkness. Luke also confesses that Ares caught him, but he let him go so Ares could see a war between the Gods.
