His work is to inspect meat but since there's no regulations he doesn't care

There is an evil mutated rat controlling my brethren and he will bring chaos to the world if you don't stop him.

Now that you see what could be I hope you will stop that evil rat.
If you do he will be located at the back of the factory where you are working
I suppose it would be better to show you instead if he is allowed to continue his shenanigans.
After his vision, Jack thinked on what had happened and when he went home he came to a final decision on what to do.
I will defeat that evil rat for the sake of the world.

The next day after Jack's work...
After his victory Jack became a politician and supported the Meat Inspection Act which was soon put into motion in 1906.
