- In the beginning, everyone is set in the Maple Street. Kids playing around on their bike, two women talking and men outside on their porches, by their cars until something strange happened in the sky. The time was around afternoon/evening and the main characters were Tommy the 14 year old boy, Don, Steve, Charlie, Sally, Van Horn, and Les Goodman.
- Climax
- The conflict that begun started when a flash of light went over the street, the lights went out, the car stopped working, the total power went out. As everyone started to point fingers turmoil boiled against the neighbors. Van Horn went out and about to see if other streets had lost their power and everyone else stayed back.
- Falling Action
- Steve and Charlie start pointing fingers at each other and the neighbors join to go against Les Goodman as his car was the only one that worked and turned on by itself. As the neighbors start to point out little odd things about each other do. Like Steve's radio kit, Goodman's insomnia problems and more. Suddenly something or someone pops up.
- Resolution
- In the climax, Charlie thought that Van Horn was an alien trying to attack them and he shot him. Everyone got upset and called him a murderer for acting out of impulse.
- The falling action, started out when people's house lights started flickering and everyone was panicking. At the end, everyone was paranoid,pointing fingers even at Tommy, a child.
- In the end, we found out that the aliens were the ones who messed with the power. However, technically the humans destroyed themselves causing chaos over the littlest things.
