The women of Paris decided to march on Versialles over rising bread prices. They demanded for the National Assembly to take action and for Marie Antionette and King Louis to return to Paris,
Execution of Louis the XVI & Marie Antionette
The National Assembly wrote down ideals, they were very similar to the American Declaration of Independence. It consisted of Natural rights, like freedom of speech and religion.
Rise of Napoleon
The Rein of Terror was when radicals took over the French Revolution. Robespierre, the leader of the radicals, became the dictator of France and it ended when he was executed.
Fall of Napoleon
Both Marie Antoinette and Louis the XVI were convicted of treason. Louis was guillotined seven months before Marie was also guillotined.
Napoleon was a successful General in the French army. He took over the revolution in France and made himself Emperor.
Several Factors led to Napoleons downfall, he set up a blockade with Britain, many failed battles, the Russian campaign, etc. He was exiled twice from France, and died in Saint Helena.
