There once lived an Indian trapper named Windigo, who lived in the Nothern shores of Lake Nipigon.
One really bad winter came and it was very cruel to both windigo and the living creatures around him. He became hungry and searched deep and deep in his cabin but couldn't find any food.
He got really hungry to the point that he prayed to an evil spirit, but he got no answer but then he had a dream that helped him clear up a few things like having superpower will be the solution to all his problems.
Windigo no longer felt hungry and so when he approached the Ojibiways villagers they turned into beavers out of fear of his sorcery, He ate up all the villagers that he turned to beavers and as he ate them he got bigger and began looking more like a monster
Meanwhile Big goose was in the forest and suddenly he saw a clod of smoke and began rushing back to the village to see what had happened to the villagers and when he saw what the Windigo had done he was shocked.
big goose was very unhappy and he prayed to the great Manitou for help and he answeredand with some intervention he turned him into a large enough giant capable of fighiting the windigo and he was named Missahba.
After about two weeks of them fighting the Missahba finally defeated the Windigo and the villagers all came back and were all turned from beavers back to normal and they were happy once more.
