- Only two more exams left to study for. I can do this!
- Apply to Curtin University
- FINAL EXAM TODAY
- I'm so nervous. I hope I do well.
- Sam is studying for her final year exams. She's been working really hard, but she's tired and worried that she won't do well enough to get into the course she wants to study.
- Woohoo!
- I can't believe we finally finished our exams! Let's celebrate!
- Yeah!
- As soon as she's able to, she applies for entry into the Bachelor of Arts Digital Experience Interaction Design. She loves designing websites and dreams of being a UX designer one day.
- Well done Sweetie!
- You've been accepted to Curtin University!
- Mum! I got into Curtin!!
- The day comes for Sam to sit her last exam, and it's the one she's been dreading the most. She's nervous, her palms are sweating and her heart is racing as the teacher hands out the exam papers.

- But how do I enrol? I don't get this. What am I meant to do?
- The weekend after the final exam Sam goes to a party with all her friends to celebrate. At this point she's just glad it's all over and she doesn't have to study. They dance, eat food, laugh and breath a sigh of relief at surviving the exam period.
- A few weeks later Sam logins to find out her exam results. Her mum hovers less than patiently behind her, waiting for the screen to load. It feels like hours pass as the loading bar reaches 100%. Sam screams with joy when she sees she got the score she needed. She's going to Curtin!
- After receiving her formal acceptance email to Curtin, she is directed to enrol. The email said she needed to activate her Curtin student account and enrol through something called eStudent. Straight away she feels confused and uncertain. The interface is terrible and the instructions are unclear.
