- Since the cichlids ate the algae, the algae started over growing. They turned the water into a blue-green color with less oxygen.
- While all that was going on, an ornamental plant from South America called the water hyacinth was over growing.
- The water hyacinth started causing diseases on the shore. That’s the end of the story. Signing off, Bill.
