First simplify the product using (a-b)(a+b)=a^2 - b^2.To raise the product to the power, raise each individual factor to the power of the exponent. Lastly calculate the power. This gives you the answer.

The class was very confused. Except for Tommy. He immediately stood up and announced that he knew the answer. After Ms.Abby allowed him to explain to the class he starts.
He writes out the steps he did on the board and explained the steps he proceeded to reach those individual steps.
Ms. Abby is very happy and impressed that Tommy did such a good job. He nicely asked him to take a seat so the lesson can be led on.
