- The  study is based on the perspective of “ organizational management practices”  and executed on the basis of cheating problems arising on the post secondary and the multi- million industries. This study will majorly focus on the issues faced day by day due to involvement of technology and social media influences. The study concentrates on the core problems that need to be improved within the organization and rectification process for the same to obtain the desired outcome.
- The Ontario colleges and universities are facing cheating related issues that are increasing in the present scenario, due to increasing free access to internet connections and technological involvement. With time the number of fraud cases are rising, as in the 2019 cyber crime department. Every year there is a 27% increment in the managerial aspects of cybercrime rate in the universities and multinational organization. The colleges, universities and multi- billion organizations are facing challenges to keep their confidential data safe to avoid data leaking. In the past few years, technological involvement is increasing more than 17% of the crime rates, creating a huge problem for safe keeping of data and maintaining consumer support.
- The major problems of cyber security are-Theft of assetsIn the era of digitalization, the organizations can supervise their financial capital and assets, with a high security margin. With time bank hacking and data hacking are increasing. For example- In 2017, the University of Toronto was hacked by a Thailand hacker group, snatching more than 15 million dollars from the university’s bank accounts.Manipulation of expensesIn the past few years the hacker groups are highly engaged with the expense manipulation of the personal data of the organization. In the Royal Bank of Canada, a hacker group changed all the expense sheets of the organization with ease, causing a great loss of 124 million within only three months.Inappropriate journal entriesIn 2011, the “University of British Columbia”, found some unnecessary data and irrelevant journals were shown in their websites. It was found that the organization's websites are hacked, and it’s confidential datas are leaked and accessed freely.
