- Texting and driving is a terrible habit to develop and is extremely dangerous. Not only do you put yourself at risk but you also put other pedestrians at risk

- Drivers get stuck at a red light then forget to put down their phone
- Drivers get distracted by a text then they look at their phone

- This is extremely important to do becausestudies have also shown that texting and driving causes a 400 percent increase in time on a device with eyes off the road.
- 1. If you are a passenger SPEAK UP when you notice the driver is texting while driving2. If you are a Parent, it is essential to teach your kids about the consequences texting while driving can have 3. If you are driving alone it is recommended that you put your phone in a glove compartment
