- It first started because North Korea invaded South Korea in an attempt to re-unite the country under communist rule. The reason why the U.S. joined is because they wanted to stop communism in China.
- The attacks on 9-11
- The reason why it started is because American spy planes discovered the missiles were placed 90 miles from Florida. The reason why the U.S. joined is because Florida was part of the U.S.
- It first started because North Vietnam was placed under a communist government. The reason the U.S. got involved is because they knew that now that North Vietnam was communistic, then it would spread to Southeast Asia and then spread to the U.S.
- It first started when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center, and took down the twin towers, the pentagon, and the airplane. The reason why the U.S. got involved is because The World Trade Center is in New York, United States.
