Mr. Harris depended on his Oxygen tank to monitor his heart condition, when suddenly his IPad shows up an error message about his tank and he has no idea what to do. He is scared.
UH OH! What is happening. I need my tank but there is some issue and I wasn't properly informed of how to deal with this. Now I am so scared and anxious and my blood pressure is rising.

Tech Medic suddenly shows up to save the day! He brings supplies to help fix the issue and teach Mr. Harris what to do.
There is need to worry just yet. You just haven't been educated properly on how to use you tank, and I will help you learn. I also go you a backup tank so if something happens that you can't fix you have a backup plan.
