Gravity is a universal force that is in all objects in this foreseeable universe.

Well gravity does is that pulls. Gravity is in a direct relationship with mass and if a object has a larger mass then it has more of a gravitational pull. Gravity is the reason why we can still see the moon.
Ok but that doesnt tell me why my lamp fell down, im asking what does gravity do.
Well if you jump then the Earth's gravity will pull you down

The Earth has the moon in lock with it because of its distance to the moon. Obviously the sun is larger amd would normally have a larger gravitational pull yet since the moon is closer to the Earth. the moon is locked in with the Earth.
So then is the Earth in lock with the sun?
