This changed the country by bringing together many Australians. This was also the highest yes vote at 90.77% yes.

- The constitution has 8 chapter with many subsections. The chapters are Parliament, The Executive Government, The judicature, Finance and Trade, The States, New States, Miscellaneous and Alteration.

- The constitution can only be changed through a referendum. A referendum is a nation wide vote where a double majority is needed for the change to pass. The people in the state either vote yes or no.

- The significance of a referendum is that every person in every state and territory get their say. This is also important as it functions in a way that the only law that will be passed is what the people want.

- The power sharing model is composed of the Parliament, The executive Parliament and the Judiciary. The Parliament has the power to make changes to the law, the executive government has the power to put the law in to action and the judiciary has the power to make judgements on the law. It is good in the fact that it does not rely solely on one person and also divides the power so that no one is too powerful. A negative would be if they contradict the power could be too divided resulting in arguments.
