- Holidays are here again let’s see what we have today, oh man it’s a family holiday dinner. Everyone is gathered around the table, but instead of the room being filled with laughter, tension is taken over the room.

- Let’s look at what we have here using our communication theories first emotional regulation and learning styles.

- Amy in her sarcastic way she has a content coordinated style, more focused on being correct but her poor emotional regulation makes her sarcasm a weapon meaning while Ashley and her silent shows she has a people orientated style, but in employee expressions to avoid conflict.

- OK, now let’s look at the conflict styles. Amy uses a competitive style to try and win over the situations. Meanwhile, Amy voiced the argument completely but the parents?
