4.) Maybe it's a sign that you shouldn't be getting it. Just because you WANT something doesn't mean you NEED it.
5.) That makes sense. But how does a budget actually help you?

4.) Absolutely! Make a plan to save for the dress and THEN you can get it!
5.) That was really interesting! I know a lot more about budgeting now.
