Here are the undies, you don't have to worry about changing them for the rest of the day you use them, so you don't have to worry about that during the school day!

You're always welcome, I'm so glad you felt comfortable enough to come talk to me about this. I'm so glad you're feeling a bit better, however this is a temporary fix, so I recommend talking to your mum or older sister about what you've been feeling in the past few days, and what you can do to be extra prepared.
Just remember that this happens to all girls, what you may be going through is completely normal, your sister and your mum have been through this too, and will understand your situation, and help to educate and prepare you, whilst demonstrating how to manage your periods.
