Jerome, a 12 year old boy, gets shot in the public park. We know that it was a cop that shot him because he had a gun in the beginning he telling the story while he is dead
jerome whent to school and his principal came in and he brought a new kid jerome said that he can sit beside him jerome mett the new kid and they became friends his name was carlos
Jerome and Carlos were eating lunch and the bullies came and were punching the lockers and trying to find jerome and carlos but then carlos left his bathroom stal unlocked and then the bullies started bulling carlos then jerome came right out of his stal after trying to help him and then carlos pulled out a gun
Jerome and Carlos went outside to go home and carlos gave jerome the gun that he had and that is how he died because the cop thought it was real but it was fake
carlos came to the funeral and he gave a picture of jerome to his grandma and jerome met edmit till wich is another ghost boy
jeromes family went to court with the cop and they are trying to figure out if they should go to trial and figure out why the cop shoot jerome and well they are figuring out jerome talks to sarah because sarah can she jerome as a ghost so they are talking and jerome askes sarah why did your dad shoot me?
