Communication Barries

Alex is the new employee of Suntra Company .This is the first day of his work.He well dressed for his new job. And also ,before this he went for a english camp to improve his broken english in communication skill.It is because Suntra company is an internatinational company and they always communicate in english. But,after the camp ,his english might not improve very well.Thus, he feels nervous when he go for work.
Alex is requested to complete a meeting minutes on his first day of working .So,Alex burnt the midnight oil to finish it .During the process of finishing the minutes ,he faces a lot of problems, he couldn’t remember the needs of his supervisor .In between, he realized his colleagues complete their work in an efficiency way.This made Alex is not confident on his work.On the next morning ,his supervisor (Jamie) was not satisfy his work because it was not fulfilled his requirements.
His supervisor (Jamie) scolded Alex because he found out that Alex didn’t complete the work accurately and followed the requirement .Alex felt upset and he had tried to understand when Jamie communicated with him . But,Jamie was taking too fast in a fluency english .This caused Alex didn’t catch up the important point.
