This girl is peer pressuring the guy next to her to try the drugs she has. He does not want to try them as you can see from his expression, but he does not want to be bullied for it later so he tries it.

After he took the drugs he noticed that people were talking to him more because they thought that it was cool for him to take the drugs. this makes him experiment with more types of drugs and different vape flavors.
Since he has been trying so many different drugs he has gotten addicted to some kinds of drugs he has to find a dealer. He unfortunately does not have enough money to keep his supply going. He is so upset and doesn't know what to do.
The dealer offers a solution, and the guy becomes a drug dealer and instead of getting the money from the exchange he gets more drugs.
Unfortunately he did not realize how dangerous dealing drugs is, at least that is until a lady comes up to him with a knife and threatens to stab him. He does not believe the man with a knife and gets stabbed anyway.
He can not call the police, because what would he be able to say. he can not call the ambulance because of the amount of drug in his system. He ends up dying in the carpark and his body is found the next day.
