I can't believe I've spent all day on my phone because it's only making me more upset! This social media post has really taken a toll on my mental health!! I wish I wasn't so addicted to social media, it would make this situation a lot easier

You should've never allowed me to get social media! Ever since Maggie posted that video about me, I have been addicted to my phone. I keep reading everyones negative comments about me and it's starting to affect my mental health. I don't know what to do!

It is easy to sucked in to all social media stuff but it is important to disconnect as well. All of these social media apps can be hotspots for spreading hurtful and unkind lies, rumors, or opinions. Also, social media can also provide platforms for bullying and exclusion, unrealistic expectations about body image and sources of popularity, normalization of risk-taking behaviors, and can be detrimental to mental health. You need to start creating more healthy habits regarding your phone and social media if you want to see improvements with your mental health!
