- If they start treating us badly again . we will have to strike and stand for ourselves.
- The union basic demands were to change working conditions and minimum living wage.

- These days you don't listen and you reply the way you want ,forgetting that your contract can be terminated anytime.
- Trade union organisers went around to recruit black employees so they can develop a strong effective organisation.
- Now workers are free and living according to their labour rights.
- The employer tries to continue with unfair treatment but now the workers are more aware of their rights ,so they are standing for themselves and this will lead into them striking like previously discussed.
- It is not fair how you want us to work under hard conditions but the other workerswork just easy yet theyare earning more than us .It is time we stand for ourselves.
