In this scene, Romeo has just stabbed Tybalt because Tybalt killed his best friend Mercutio. I chose this scene because it really shows how Romeo would do anything for his friend even when killing Tybalt could get him killed. Also, it creates a path for the plot.

You will drink this potion the night before your wedding. You will appear dead. Got it.
I love your master plan Friar Lawrence!
In this scene, Friar Lawrence gives Juliet the master plan of drinking a potion so she wouldn't have to marry Paris. She agrees to this plan. I chose this part because it creates many problems for the rest of the book because it causes Romeo and Paris's death in the story.

I agree to never fight with you again
In this scene, Lord Capulet and Lord Montague lift the feud because of how much its effected people. When Romeo and Juliet die they realize that a stupid feud killed are only children and lift it once and for all. I chose this scene because it shows a closure to the play.
