The CEO wants us to improve service. I'm going to start a meeting with the first line supervisors to talk about training and for faster services.
We will focus on improving how we take and check orders and make sure new employees are well trained.

First Line managers will directly be supervising the employees and make sure they're daily work is done.
The manager wants us to focus on order accuracy. Which I will work with each shift to double check orders before they are even handed out. So, which we will do a smaller team meeting before we head to each shift to go over these goals and for customer servs.
