- The french revolution
- THE FRENCH REVOLUTION STARTED!!!
- Why do we have to pay all the taxes and you dont.
- Economic/Social Crisis.
- You all are the most of the population of France why would you guys not pay the taxes.
- Demands by people and Refused by the Old Regine
- WE DEMAND EQUALITY LIBERETY,AND DEMOCRACY!!
- We will receicve it!
- The french revolution started in the 1700's, at those times France was the most advanced in Europe.
- People seize the government.
- We are going to the National assembly now.
- The first estate was made of the clergy of the Roman Catholic Church which inly payed 2% of the taxes.The second estate were the rich nobles which held the highest offices and didn't agree with the Enlightenment ideas, As for the third estate it was the lower class which held the peasants and had no power in the government but paid all the taxes.
- Radical phase
- King Louis XVI you are out of power now, we have all the power now.
- The thirds estate notice that it was very unfair how they have to pay all the taxes and they didn't want that for themselves. They had seen in how the American Revolution they got rights so they inspired by that and wanted their rights as well. So they began to fight for Equality, Liberty, and Democracy. 
- Restoration to Normalcy
- Finally we all have power now and not only the King does, we finally have a say!!
- On June 17th, 1789 the Third Estate wanted to make changes to the government. Since they wanted to make a change they all meet up and took a vote. During the time one of the members of the Third Estate said that thwy should name their selves the National Assembly, and they all agreed to it.
- During the Radical phase the French had gone into war with the countries in the Netherlands. They went into war with the French because they had many times to restore it but they were scared that it would turn into a revolt against their own government. Since King Louis XVI was going to be executed, the Jacobin's took power.
- By 1793, King Louis XVI was executed. as well as the revolution ending as Napoleon taking power on November 1799 France was being ruled by nobles and the Catholic Church. The ideas of the Enlightenment were making the people want even more power, and saw that the American Revolution had made a country with people having power and not just the king.
