When you arrive at school, you collect your Check In-Check Out paper from Mrs. Jacobs in the hallway by the water fountain on your way to Homeroom.
In class, stay on task and complete your assignments. Turn in your completed assignments. 2 points = Great Job! 1 point = You did so, so! 0 points = Doesn't meet the goal.
At the end of each class, take your Check In- Check Out paper to your teacher and say "Please complete my sheet." Wait for the teacher to give you your sheet back.
Go to your next class. Take your sheet and belongings with you. In each class, stay on task and complete your assignments. Turn in your completed assignments.
At the end of each class, take your Check In- Check Out paper to your teacher and say "Please complete my sheet." Wait for the teacher to give you your sheet back. Repeat for each class until the end of the school day.
At the end of the school day when you are dismissed, take your Check In-Check Out paper to Mrs. Jacobs at the lockers and water fountain on the 6th grade hall. If you earn a reward for the day, Mrs. Jacobs will give it to you. If you don't earn enough points for a reward, you will talk about how you can do better tomorrow. Mrs. Jacobs will keep your paper and give you a new one in the morning. If Mrs. Jacobs is not at the water fountain at dismissal, keep your paper until the next morning and give it to her when you see her in the morning.
