- Hello Chad. I'm very glad you set time away for me. I'll make the most of it.
- Hello Mark, I'm glad you could make it today. I'm the CEO of NASA. My name is Chad.
- I'd like to work as an astrophysicists and study all of the ways stars and planets form. As a kid, I was always fascinated with the stars and would like to help NASA accomplish interstellar travel.
- As you know, I'm a very busy man. So, lets cut right to the chase. For my first question, what type of work do you want? Why?
- In school I was always picked to lead a group. Working with group in the higher levels of education is difficult and I've done it for quite awhile. So I believe that leading a group of men and women on a project should not prove too difficult.
- I like that answer. NASA is filled with passionate people. I think you'll fit in. But you guarantee that...what type of leadership experience do you have?
- Great! NASA always needs new people to lead others. I think you'll fit in well. Lets us move on to another question. Why did you select our company?
- Well, NASA is one of the only companies in the world that actually deal with space. Other than SpaceX, but NASA is the more official of the two.
- I know that NASA is tries to expand the frontier of knowledge, capabilities, and opportunity in space. I know that there're different departments the reside within NASA. Some make the equipment and some protect earth from outer dangers.
- Yes, yes. NASA deals with the government and the president. Let's move on. What do you know about our company?
- Well, I'm afraid that concludes our interview. I feel like I'll be seeing you soon. NASA loves people who are passionate about space and get along. Thank you for coming, your first day on the job with begin on the first of next month. Look forward to seeing you!
- For my final question...what subjects did you like most in school?
- I liked all of my subject in school. But for the most part...subjects that dealt with STEM like math and science.
