- Mary needs to scan and e-mail a document
- I know this can scan to email. But how? I'd ask the admin staff, but they're at lunch...
- I have PERLS!
- Mary pulls out her phone to see if someone has created a lesson about the copier.
- Success!! PERLS knows Mary is standing right by the copier, and suggests a collection of lessons on how to use it. Mary plays a short video on scanning.
