- This area of wellness looks at the ability to exercise, avoid sickness or illness, and accomplish tasks.

- Yoga really relaxes me.
- This area focuses on one's purpose or meaning of life. This does not have to focus on religions factors.

- INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS
- You did great on this test!

- This area analyzes whether you're able to reach the desired level of intelligence.

- SOCIAL WELLNESS
- You're all working together so nicely!
- This area looks at how well you interact with others and if you are able to maintain longevity in positive relations.

- EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

- This area looks at internal emotions. Balance and consistency are important factors.
