These past few days, you demonstrated poor listening skills since our employees observe that whenever they talked to you, you barely listen to them and you’re always been distracted by doing another thing which brings you up to be interfere. Sometimes, you are always diving into conclusion without further carefully examining a situation which falls you into premature judgement. What happen? Is there anything wrong?
