- Barbara White is planning to pick up her grandchildren to go to the shopping centre today to go eat. But she does not know how to search up on their website to find the best disability parking area.

- Barbara picks up her grandchildren (Ted 7, Andy 12) from school and asks one of them to search up the shopping centre website for parking

- One of Barbara's grandchildren (Andy) is searching up on the shopping centre website.
- Andy searches on google the shopping centre website and then goes to the website. He then goes to the drop box under PLAN and clicks on PARKING.
- The page shows a list of parking areas detailed with what street to enter in. Barbara chooses the one closest to the Food court area.
- Barbara manages to find disability parking close to the Food court area.
