Good morning. My name is Cindy Garcia I'm glad to have you here. What are you applying for?
I choose this field of work because I have 20 years of experience working with kids and it brings me joy working with kids.
Why did you choose this particular field of work?
I used to work at a daycare before I was a teacher. I loved working with kids and teaching them. That's when I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I come from a family of five with two other siblings. We struggled with education and I was always there for my siblings when they needed help with there education.
Tell me about your background and experience!
I used to be the manager at Walmart before I worked at the daycare.
What type of leadership experience do you have?
What strengthens me to keep going in life is helping kids get a education. What weaknesses is seeing kids everyday work instead of getting a education.
What are you strengths and weaknesses?
No, thank you for having me Ms. Garcia. I can start in 2 weeks after I finish my finals for my Master's degree.
