- He is an electrical engineer. He is operating on a computer. He can fix bugs and other technical difficulties such as fixing the code, and making better designs.
- He designs what the next biggest piece of technology would look like. He also tries to fix anything that is not working well on this piece of technology he creates. Electrical engineers like Phil is the reason phones function like they are supposed to and look like the way they do.
- He is an electrical engineer that reads manuals to tell the others what to do and how to do that particular thing. Usually, they read the direction given many times over. Mostly because that particular direction takes a while to finish.
