- I think the states should have more power.I think the average man is capable of governing himself. Therefore everyone should be able to vote.
- I want a strong national government. I think that the average man is too uneducated and is incapable of governing himself. I think the well-educated, wealthy elite people to rule. I think our voting qualifications should be high
- I want to concentrate on farming. I want to support the small farmer.
- I'm only interested in manufacturing, trade , and banking. I want to tax products that come into the U.S. so that we can protect new American businesses
- I don't want the national bank established!!
