With many things happening in such a short time, I believe that these things are bad signs happening in the region.

Rising Action 
Let's recruit Cicero! Him and his group old elders will make people favor us.
Then forget him.
Don't bother, he'll listen to a plan that other men have come up with.
Cicero and Casca talk during a storm of how Rome's government was going to change under Caesar's ruling. After Cicero leaves, Cassius appears and talks to Casca of their meeting with the other conspirators.
Climax
Let's kill Mark Antony, for Caesar is beloved by him dearly. 
Let's not be seen as bloodthirsty butchers. Leave him out.
Brutus receives the letters from his servant, Lucius. He reads the letters and this convinces him to go against Caesar.  By then the conspirators come to Brutus' house.
Falling Action
I've wounded my thigh to prove that I can endure hearing any of my husband's secrets. 
The group discuss how to take Caesar out. (How they are going to convince Caesar to come to the place they were going to kill him) 
Resolution
Even though I'm sick, I will still follow along. Lead me the way Brutus.
Follow me then.
However, while they plan, Cassius mentions that Mark Antony should be killed along with Caesar- Brutus does not agree. Taking out too many beloved idols from the people could start an anarchy. 
After the group of conspirators leave, Portia comes in and worries for Brutus. However she questioned who were the men who looked suspicious. 
Ligarius visits Brutus in a sick state after Portia leaves. Brutus leads Ligarius away to do what was planned from the group.
