TJ just about passed his Japanese test. The teacher decides to give him another chance to get it right. The parent is thrilled. TJ and Mom study again and TJ passes the test. He is thrilled to pass the test. Mom writes a note to teacher thanking her for the opportunity to build on success. Teacher is happy to get the feedback.

- Well done on your Japanese test. I can tell you studied hard and you just about passed. I want to give you another chance to get a passing grade. Concentrate on these characters and retake this test tomorrow. I know you can do it !
- I missed it by three. I have to study some more and retake tomrrow
- Great! We can fix that. Let's get to work
