- Due to most offices closing down during 2020, many employees had to adjust to working from home. In the not-too-far future, It is expected that more employees will choose to work from home rather than back in offices. Businesses will have to accommodate that. (Studies have shown that remote work will increase 30% in the following 1-2 years)
- With technology becoming much more accessible, there's an app or program for almost anything an employer might need. I predict that in the next 3 years, over 10% more employers will install trackers such as Hivedesk or Teramind onto their business computers. Using them shows increased productivity, and giving employees a choice to work remotely increases morale.
