- whites only voting
- blacks and whites were seperated. several places were blacks only and several places for whites only. this was still a hard time for blacks treating badly.
- womens didn't have equal rights to men. Plus they didn't have rights to vote either. women struggled for not having equal rights.
- African americans were not allowed to vote. africans were upset and mad that they were seperated and whites can do voting and other stuff except for blacks. in 1990, south africa let blacks vote.
