- Many people wanted to buy luxury items like cars.
- Good morning honey!
- Good morning!I was thinking it's time we buy a car.
- Cars were very popular because they made even the simplest of things convenient. For example, going to the grocery store. You wouldn't have to walk there and back, and wouldn't have to do so holding heavy groceries.
- Why do you want a car?
- Because then we wouldn't have to walk everywhere. Life would be much easier!
- Although many people wanted these items, not many could afford them.
- I suppose so, but how could we afford one?
- Hmmm.....
- So, people would get credit from the bank and use that to buy anything they wanted.
- That's a great idea!
- We could just get a credit from the bank.
- People would go to the bank and ask for credit. With it, people bought houses, cars, furniture, and anything else you could think of.
- Hello!Absolutely!
- Hello! We would like to get some credit.
- Yes! We should get credits more often!
- Because it was so easy to get credit, everyone was getting it for anything they wanted. They didn't have to worry about what they got because they could just pay the bank back later.
