I need to inform both of you ,that this case will be appealed on,.as both was at fault and received different outcomes.

Scenario:
Here is all the grounds this worker has. I have a half of my day to do this and get to the bottom of this.
The case will betaken for further investigation with the union official.
Communication:
The shop steward is fighting now for employee (B)that lost his work and feel that the company is practicing unfair labour practices.
Mr.Abrahams we need to go through everything,i can not leave this worker without a job.
The shop steward will have time off to deal with this as an representative for the worker and the grounds of the scenario.
A shop steward must be an effective communicator to the staff when representing the issue at the labour court with the LRA-Laws.
