- Salvas uncle is took by the Nuer soilders and tied to a tree. Then the Nuer soilders took uncles gun and aimed the gun at uncle. They shot Salva's uncle three times and then they ran away.
- Salva is now crossing the Gilo river with crocodiles in it. There are soilders shooting in the air the soilders are forcing people to cross the river. They are crossing the Gilo river because the Itang refugee camp in Ethiopia is closing down.
