- ’Tis but thy name that is my enemy. Thou art thyself, though not a Montague. What’s Montague? It is nor hand, nor foot,(2.2.33-36)
- Romeo and Julliet are on the balcony confessing their love to each other.
- Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized. Henceforth I will never be Romeo.
- Romeo and Juliet are on the balcony and confessing their love but if Romeo wasn't Romeo and some other guy then their marriage wouldn't be a struggle. Fate is responsible for making that happen.
- Juliet asks Romeo to surrender his name, and he agrees, another time fate is a factor.
- Romeo has agreed to be just Romeo and not identify as a Montague anymore.
