- Bjorn wants to use the application to pay for some tolls that he has incurred, but he is worried as his dyslexia means he will likely struggle to read the text. The text is also not in his primarly language of Arabic by default, which causes him to struggle further.

- Before logging into the application Bjorn identifies the elements of the UI to allow him to change the langauage and also increase the size of the on screen font so that he can read it more easily.

- He changes the language that the text is displayed in to his primary langauage of Arabic, as he only understands very little of the default language.

- Because Bjorn is dyslexic, he also increases the size of the font within the application, to make it easier for him to read.
- Because he can now read all the on screen text properly, he is now able to log into the application, which he does with his email and password.
- Bjorn manages to log into the application so that he can attempt to pay the toll fees that he owes.
