- Every year for Christmas, we put up our fake Christmas tree. We also eat a big dinner with friends.
- I got introduced to Hanukkah through Elena. She told our book club group about it. It is the Jewish Festival of Lights. They have a menorah, which is a big item with 9 candles on it. They lit one each night.
- Kwanzaa took me into a whole new experience (I never knew about it).It is an African-American holiday that lasts 7 days. Each day is a different virute.
