- John and his older brother Ron were having fun playing basketball
- When all of a sudden John jumped and landed wrong and sprained his ankle
- Ron told john to calm down and that he will help him to the car to get home
- Once they got home they noticed how swollen Johns ankle was
- Ron told John not to worry and to just continue doing RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) and that his ankle would heal in no time.
