- Being more confident. I chose this because sometimes i fell that if i was more confident i would have better opportunities in life. the benefits is that if you are confident with yourself that means that no one can really take you down because you are happy the way you are and that is the most important thing. This might be a bit hard to live out because it is really out of my comfort zone but if i try hard enough i think i can do it. I can put myself in more situations that i have to show confident and other things like that.
- To take things slower in life. This commandment will help me live my best life because sometimes life gose by so fast and we dont even notice it so if we slow down sometimes and take a look around us our life can improve. I think that this comandment is easy to live out because all you have to do is take a look around you sometimes.
- Live a healthier life. The reason i chose this was because i feel that if you live a health life you will be better preaperd to take on day to day activity and your mental health will also be alot better l. This comandment is very hard for me to live out because there are things in your everyday life are trying to take you down and everywhere you look there are temptations. Just focus on what you have to do and not other things around you
- Stop procrastinating. I chose this because i feel that procrastinating is just affecting me more and more as we keep on going through the school year and the work load just keeps on stacking up. This commandment cound be easy and hard because if you cant get in a mind set you will have a hard time but if you can get in the right one it can be really easy. One of the best strategies will be to set a routine for yourself and get in a habit of doing your homework everyday.
- Spend less time on electronics. This commandment will help me live my best life because it will let me spend more time in the real world and not in the electronic world. I feel like this commandment is hard to follow because i am in a routine and feel that electronics are needed everyday just to do basic task like homework. I can make this easier by setting aside 2 house and spending that time outside.
