Stanley is digging his first hole. He is really hot and he is struggling to do it.

Stanley didn't fit in with all of the other boys at first. They all bullied him and they called him caveman. When Stanley dug up something he thought the Warden would like, X-Ray took it from him and told the Warden he found it, and got the rest of the day off.
